Kollaba and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kollaba and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Collaboration agreements between users are the responsibility of the users involved.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Kollaba does not guarantee the quality, reliability, or outcome of any collaborations formed through the Platform. Users collaborate at their own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
